Our core experience is in the design and execution of customer research, speaking to domestic, I&C customers, and a range of community groups and stakeholders. 


Every project we undertake is different to the last one; one week we may be recruiting households to take part in an energy reduction challenge, we may then find ourselves testing how discernible customers find changes to network operating conditions and in the next week we could be discussing customers’ priorities for service improvements. 


Whatever the question, we will find the right solution in order to elicit the feedback required from stakeholders and mould this into clear recommendations and lessons learned.
